B-nano Shield 9H and B-nano Light Shield are products with scratchproof and superhydrophobic hard coating protection.

B-nano Shield ceramic coating is a special nano product with high long-term effects specifically designed for car paint surfaces. This product is water repellent and prevents the adhesion of foreign substances on the surface. Very high gloss easy-to-clean effect and super hydrophobic “lotus” effect with 9H scratch protection. It forms a permanent and invisible thin and smooth surface film.

With the superhydrophobic-repellency effect water, dirt and salt run easily from the treated surface and eliminate their impact on it.

 

The nano hard coating has a high long-term effect and it is highly flexible, permanent with a 9H ++ scratch protection effect. It is sun, rain and UV resistant. Temperature resistant up to 450C ° and alternating temperature resistant up to 1000 ° C

 

Gloss stability and cleanliness

Viewed microscopically, car paint is not perfectly smooth so water and dirt can settle easily in the surface pores. B-nano Shield ceramic titanium coating is water and dirt repellent thanks to special “lotus effect”. This product is scratchproof by our 9H SiO2 – CERAMIC – TITANIUM nano protection. High lotus effect with super hydrophobic water repellent effect also protects against the dirt particles so they cannot penetrate into the paint pores. B-nano Shield ceramic coating guarantees that the painted surfaces are protected from dirt and cleanliness stays permanent.

 

Increases the hardness and scratch resistance

B-nano Shield ceramic coating with its 9H strenght is much more stable than other paint coatings. In particular, the coating has a long-term function UP TO 3 YEARS. The high shine of the car paint can not disappear because our product makes a longitudinal and cross-linked chemically molecular compound with the paint and the paint is protected from dirt ingress.

 

B-nano Shield ceramic coating protects the car paint from scratches increases gloss and provides protection against aggressive environments.

 

Surface preparation for ceramic coating

Surface must be TOTALLY cleaned (polished if needed). Washed with the B-nano cleaner mixture 1:5 to 1:10. After that, wipe the surface with 99% isopropanol diluted with water. After drying you can start with applying the nano coating.

 

Product application

Do not apply the product on hot surface or direct sunlight. Apply B-nano Shield 9H with an application sponge/microfibra or classic spray gun on the surface. Rub it on the material surface making a very fine thin, not visible shiny film. Polish the surface with microfibra. After 20 minutes of drying, apply the second layer. After 8 hours the coating is fully dry and the car can be returned to the customer! The customer should not wash the car in carwash for 3 to 4 weeks.

Note: For 3 year protection second layer of B-nano Shield 9H must be applied.

 

Drying

At normal room temperature coating is dry within 8 hours. Depending on the weather, it could happen that it has to dry for 12 hours. The rest of protection connecting will take place in 3-4 weeks. During this period the paint surface should not be claimed by a car wash machine.

 

Consumption

B-nano Shield 9H: from 30-50 ml per car in two layers.

B-nano Light Shield: 20 ml per car (single layer).
